Passed 2 phone interviews Now going in to meet the team. Advice?

The CIO said I will be interviewed by the team to see what they think of me.
So anyone been through this kind of thing?
What should I expect?

    1. They're making sure they want to spend eight hours per day around you
    2. More of the same - Some technical, some not so technical

    My "interview" with the team was just us talking for half an hour. I used it as the opportunity to interview them. I asked them about the job, the good and the bad, etc.
