Help With Cisco Unified CM 6.0

I've got the Cisco Unified Communications manager 6.0 (I know it's old), anyways I downloaded it and tried to install install it using VMware Workstation 9.0. After the installing was done I got to the login page, tried to login It said Login Failed. So I tried to access the webpage. I get a Timeout, Someone help me?

I can Ping the server.
