Really know the difference between

MDT and SCCM. The buzz works you should be looking for are Lite touch(MDT) Zero Touch(SCCM) also sometimes called ConfigMgr

RemoteApp, App-V, Med-V

Offline VS Online Servicing.

KMS VS MAK

Refresh VS Replace

Also know all the following tools

MDT
SCCM
USMT 4.0
App Locker
Bit Locker
WSUS
MAP
ACT
Group Policy
IEAK
