Helpdesk Software
I have been tasked to come up with a new piece of Helpdesk software. Currently we use Cerberus Helpdesk. I was told anything but Remedy. I don't know why, I am new here. I have used Footprints, but they are owned by the same company that owns Remedy. I'd like to know what the community is using to track problems. And free is always good.
