OK, I'm sure you all are familiar with me by now. I am the girl that cannot land an I.T. job lol. Well here's the deal. Tomorrow I have an interview with an I.T. Management company. The company is 12 years old and they claim to be increasingly growing. The CEO of the company told me there is a lot of room for professional growth although it starts off at $12/hr. I have my BA in I.T. Management and I would like to progress in the field and it seems as if he's offering me the opportunity to grow and develop in the field. The company is located in San Francisco's Bay Area.
A couple of my I.T. friends told me it sounds like I would taking a heavy risk because the company is so new (12 years old). I was told they started out with 10 employees now they have over 200 and are substanially growing.
Should I take the risk? I want opinions because I go in tomorrow for the interview and I'm having an internal fight in my head.
