Just randomly surfing the web and just came across this article

Indictment: Sysadmin passed over for promotion quits, then strikes back | Ars Technica

Anyone have any crazy stories of people getting revenge like that?

Anyone who proclaims themselves a "guru" is an automatic dbag in my book. That title is appointed by your peers. Hope he ends up at Rikers.

Happens a lot more then it should. I don't get it really. Something goes wrong with a system or a hack occurs right after someone leaves on really bad terms, who is going to be the first suspect?
Not only that, but now that this is all over the internet he will probably never be able to land a job in IT again. Hope it was worth it! icon_rolleyes.gif

I always tell some of the IT people i run into not to burn any bridges along the way. As much as IT plays such a huge part in to days world, the IT world is still pretty small for someone to do something like this. Oh well maybe be can become a lawyer
