Where to send resumes

Okay, this might be a bit out of the range of this forum but I looked for other forums and haven't found a good place to ask this so what is a good way to determine what local companies you send your resume or contact about possible employment? With my business marketing I usually just scrape companies off Google Maps and that does well, but it's geared towards churches or small companies that don't need full time IT. I can get the info for larger companies from that and listings such as Chamber of Commerce, I just need a way to sort through it all.

I got all the online sites I can think of covered so that's good.

indeed.com lets you search resumes for free. So hopefully you can find some companies you didn't know about
