Are there any other study material other than Database Fundamentals ?

You could get just about any SQL administration book. IMO that book was great at introducing concepts and covered what I needed for the exam.

MTA 98-364 ? after the I take the 70-640 in which I will take in July
I might take it at the end of August I haven't started reading the book or download SQL 2008 yet.
I am taking the 70-687 config win 8 this friday
