A+ 220-801 & 220-802 - Seeking Advice on how to take exams!

Hi. I have been preparing for the A+ exams (802 & 801) for about a month now. I have working experience and knowledge on the topics but still wanted to make sure I am comfortable with the topics before taking the exams. Is it generally a good idea to sit both 801 & 802 exams together on the same day? how do most people do it? I figure with good preparation and studying, i should be able to go in and take both exams on the same day. Any thoughts on this?

I know a lot of people DO sit both exams on the same day.

Personally however, I spaced mine 2 days apart. I took my 701 on Tues and my 702 on Thurs. Those 2 days in between were perfect for me - was able to cram exam-specific info and make sure certain things were fresher on my brain than others.

I agree with DoubleNNs, I personally wouldn't sit both exams. Though after taking the 701 and 702 I would be able to. I was gonna take mine a week apart. Only because the place I go Saturday's are the only day I can make their schedule.

Thank you both for your input on this. Now come to think of it, spacing the 2 exams sounds like a good idea.

I just sat for 801 & 802 today and passed both, but I want to start at WGU July 1st so time was a big factor. If I wasn't pressed, I would have been more comfortable with a little bit of space between the two.
