and the subnet address of 140.0.120.0. how do i find range start, end, and broadcast address?

    for 110.7.210.0 it is a /23 subnet mask 255.255.254.0

    for 140.0.120.0 it is a /22 subnet mask 255.255.252.0

    i need explanation with the steps so i can follow.
