Greetings TE forums...!! Vmware vsphere or ccna after MCP

Hello,

I am pavan , i did my B.tech in CS, i dont have any IT experience,, as i am a fresher i did 2 certifications on Windows server 2012 70-410 and 70-411,... after completing these certifications which will be better for me to get my first job... Vmware vcp or CCNA which will be a better option for me,,,, actually i am interested in Cyber Security,,, plz suggest me what step i have to take

Go ahead and complete what you have started. Finish the 70-412 and get the MCSA. If you are interested in Cyber Security then you need to gain some experience before doing anything. I would suggest you take the CCNA training. VMware does not mean anything unless you have any realtime experience.

I am not sure if you get any certification if you do the 70-410 and 70-411. Only if you do the 70-412 now you will get the MCSA.

There are a few papers that are stand alone and give you the MCP and MCTS but not the new papers such as the Windows Server 2012 , Exchange 2013 , Sharepoint 2013 or any of the MCSE invdividual papers.

Once you get the 412 exam done you get the cert and the certification logo.
