help on direct access

hey guys im from iran
and as you know we got internet censoring , anyway pptp.l2tp.https proxy , open vpn , kerio vpn , a lot of other vpn services are blocked here

what i want to do is to connect a server in iran to a vps server in Usa lets say , and i think i should use direct access..
users from iran will connect to the iran server and the iran server is connected to the Usa server itself , afterall we maybe free on internet...

first i want to know if this is possible
secondly how to know if direct access ports and protocols are not blocked either?
