I used the trancender, and they were pretty good. I didn't try the others you mentioned. I used trancender, techexams.net, and mcmcse.com
The sims in the trancender were pretty simple, nothing like the real sims.
But the questions were pretty good.

I have been using PrepLogic and its pretty good. I also have access to Cisco provided test sims on the Partner Education Site and they are very intense, which is good. I found the boson ones to be pretty useless, but the Q&A in the Cisco Press books are good, cause like the PEC site, they get rather deep.
I typically dont use any testing software prior to a test, I did for my A+ (Dont ask which one, that was 10 years ago and I couldnt tell you now, getting old sucks
)I also did for the 70-210 (transcender), but that was my first MS test on the 2K platform for my MCSE, I have changed my methods for Cisco though, already bit the 640-811 once, aint gonna happen again. First Prometric/Vue test I failed, ever
Ill probably go back to my original methods for CCNP, I believe in knowing more material than is necassary fore the exam, and I test extremely well. Also I have many certifications that there are no test prep software for, like my ASE with CPQ/HP (upgrading to Master ASE by end of the year; at least thats what I told my boss, hehe) before doing a few CCNP modules, then I need to renew DCSE, and there is no test prep software for either, so I am used to not using them. If I fail a Cisco/MS test once I will use testprep software, I get 2 vouchers from my employer per test, If I blow it twice I am on my own, and I am a cheap bastard

The PEC site is the Partner Education Center site, you have to be registered through CCO with channel partner level access, only way.
