VCP-DCV Lab Setup Advice

Hello,
I've only ever done Microsoft certs in the past, but I've decided to branch out and get upto speed on VMware. I'll be starting my VCP5-DCV soon, but was wondering what/how to get a home lab set up. It was easy with Microsoft certs, I just used VirtualBox and away you go.
Is it as simple with VMware certs...?

Either way works, I went with the latter method. There are plenty of threads with advice for lab setup, have a gander through them and ask if there are any specific questions. Good luck!

TheProf Users Awaiting Email Confirmation Posts: 331 ■■■■□□□□□□I actually built a home lab.. a couple of white boxes, a switch (HP v1910G) and an N40L as my shared storage... works great! Building a lab on VMware workstation also works well, I've done that in the past, cost effective
