Please Critique my Resume!

This may sound strange, but I'm looking to get out of the Federal Govt and into a much more technical job. I was hired straight out of college, so I have no 'real' technical experience, but I do have a very strong technical knowledge base. The CCNA in progress will hopefully be completed in two weeks

, and I may actually do the A+ shortly afterwards just to have it.

Looking for any kind of IT job to start out really - helpdesk, NOC (hopefully), etc. This is my first shot at a resume since I got the job I currently have, so any help/criticism is appreciated!

Also - sorry for all the random filler info, tried to take out as much identifying information as possible

Edit -- it also might be worth mentioning that I'm looking to relocate to the Tulsa, OK area.

No activity yet, but I've changed it to highlight some experience that I did get while on a short detail - minor, but real experience that I think I was underestimating the value of:

· Successfully backed-up and migrated 75 users' local Microsoft Outlook archives to a new shared drive, developed training for how to access them while working from home, and continue to offer support to all users when needed.
· Diagnosed, documented, and offered solution to a problem with our document management system.
· Assisted IT staff with developing cost-effective options for migrating a legacy database to be compatible with current systems.

Also combined certifications and skills and added the duration of each sub-item under 'work experience'
