Can anyone Critique My Resume * Newbie *

Graduated College for computer engineering, and I have obtained my A+ Certification. Kinda gave up after college of finding computer job but I am determined now to keep trying. Just seem like it was impossible have no idea why I got no chances but back then I didn't have any certifications. But yet again I'm running into the same problems even with a A+ certification. Maybe my resume is bad can anyone help.

personal information removed. I also went to college for a year for my bachelors but could no longer afford it should I put that on there, it was for computer science, my credits transfered.

Is this a direct copy and paste? If so you really need to re-work it. There are tons of basic sentence formatting issues and inconsistencies.

It's a direct copy/paste but of course it won't format like word on this forum, it just squished everything together. I'm looking more for help on how I present the information, like how I have my A+ listed etc, since I have no IT work experience other than fixing people's computers, and building computers, I'm trying to see if maybe my resume is not presentable for it jobs information wise.

Try to streamline you resume in such a way that it flows better. Check for typos. Highlight your sklill sets at the top. The average recruiter scans a resume in less than 10 seconds. Take a look at this:

you think it's better for certifications at the bottom.. some people say if they don't see any cert your resume is thrown away before it even gets to the actual recruiter.

I think it's debatable where the certification goes. I figure, keep it close to the education area. Top placement can work too!

Add a few accomplishments after each job description. Keep pursuing certifications. Stay positive.

Use Actions word too.. Google them
