Dell NBD Service

I'm working on proposal that includes Dell laptops, I've heard in general good things about their NBD service but is there anything I should know about before sending this in? I was going to go with two laptop options, one that has a three year Pro Support NBD warranty and one with the three year basic NBD warranty.

I'm also including the three year accidental warranty if there is any horror stories about that. I'm also open to hearing about other companies that might be good, I've heard good things about Lenovo laptops and horrible things about their service.

I love my Lenovo laptop for my own use, but I have also heard awful things about their support.

Dell hands down has the best support I have experienced for biz customers out of Lenovo/HP/Dell.
