I am going to obtain my MCSE certification, need to know who

Hi guys, will i have gotten my network administrator diploma, have gotten my A+ certification, now i want to get my hands on the MCSE. I was wondering who has just recently obtained their MCSE and what study guide they used to obtain it. Basically what study guide for each exam was very similiar to the questions on the certification exams. I was also curious to know when are you classified with an MCSP? when you have passed one of the seven exams? i am planning on doing exam 70-215 first, so at the very least the best study source for this exam would be greatly appreciated.
