Is the CompTia A+ Complete Study Guide, Exams 220-801, 220-802 enough ?

Am new to this forum [ Novice when it comes to Computer Networking ] and am interested in getting the A+ certification. Am using the following to prepare for it and just wanted a review of the book.

It depends on your knowledge of computer's and troubleshooting. If you have a good understanding, one book should be enough. If not its best to use multiple sources.
