I would do the following:

Move certifications above education and move education after experience.

Remove the awards and activities portion.

Make sure your using the same tense throughout your sections i.e.

1) Perform the migration
2) Resolving incidents and
3) Assisted customers
4) Maintained and upgraded

I would change perform to performed and resolving to resolved to keep tense as all other work experience.

You need to work on your format a bit; the schools seem to be bigger than the "Education" heading.

If your using bold on your educational institution then use bold on your work institution.

I would personally change summary to a goal.. such as Goal: Obtain a position with / Become an asset for (use one not both...) COMPANY YOUR APPLYING FOR, where I can utilize and further my knowledge within the DEPT YOU ARE APLLYING FOR OR ROLE i.e. information technology department.

ok but my technical skills should be fine with different tenses right? because ive dont them at different times. the work experience i understand

It doesn't quite work like that; but think about what you just said... you've DONE them at different times; your not going to DO them, nor are you DOING them.

yeah i see what you mean. what i shouldve said was that i worded things differently in the tech skills section, so it doesnt seem like im just repeating the one word.
