can't understand some options in a juniper technical doc

hello,
i've activated inline jflow ipfix on my juniper router but i can't really understand it. Could any one please explain to me the difference beteew those terms??? (they seem to do the same thing)

flow-active-time-out
flow-inactive-time-out
template-refresh-rate packets
template-refresh-rate-seconds
options-refresh-rate packets
options-refresh-rate-seconds

also what is the différence between a normal jflow and inline jflow ?
