Question about not viewing other computer on my home network
I have 3 computers at home. I have two PC's and a laptop. PC1 Windows 7 is used mainly for work/school and PC2 Windows XP is used for just whatever. I do work on both and sometimes forget to save to our Shared back up drive. If I try to get to the PC2 HDD from PC1 using \\ipaddress in windows explorer I get prompted for User Name and Password, which I enter RazRog and PW. I have the same user account and pw on on both PC's. It just keeps showing me to log in again and again. Though if I go from PC2 to PC1 using same method it allows me to get to the shared folders and what not. Can anyone help me figure out what the issue could be?

Probably due to pc1 trying to log in to the wrong domain, you could try <PC2name>\RazRog then PW. However, I don't know much of anything when it comes to windows, so I may very well be wrong. -

+1, he is right. You should use (pc2name\username) then your pw. Hope this helps
