Sites for labbing scenarios 70-640

Hi,

Is there any websites that have labbing scenarios to help with the 70-640 exam ?

Also, would watching the CBT nuggets be enough to take the exam on ?

Many of the topics covered on the exam have a Step-by-Step lab guide on Technet if you want to get your hands dirty labbing it up.

If you have tons of hands on exp then the videos might be enough. I'm going to say for 99% of people no its not enough. If you buy the MS press book it has labs, Technet has labs. If you search this forum your find other ideas for labs, theres are tons of posts with this is exact topic.
