Just scheduled my first phone interview coming this monday, what questions should I be prepared for? I hate surprises!

    It's always kind of a surprise and would depend on the type of position you are applying for. Is this entry level type work?

    Yes it is entry level 30,000 a year technical support. The thing is what kind of questions in general if you can possibly generalize something like this, would they be asking?

    Entry level technical support is pretty broad. That could mean a million different things to a company. What does the job description list for technologies/responsibilities? That's what they'll be asking you about.
