Dear PPL,

Cisco Academy is conducting a training in our place. I've inquire to the academy the cost of the training is worth $4000 dollars. The training will be six months,3 times a week and 2 hours.

It is also included a certificate that Im trainned in Cisco academy plus the exam. Actually they went here just to invite and train people they're from london.

Do you think this is good chance.

No way in hell, $4000 will get you alot of equipment on ebay and alot of books to study yourself.I dont know about you, but i can certainly learn quicker myself than from course. If you have any problems and cant understand a certain topic thats what this forum is for!

Did I read $4000? If it would be $400, I would doubt since you don't buy very much equipment with $400 and can learn from others, but I wouldn't do it for such a high price.
Like ed_the_lad mentioned, get yourself some books and search for equipment, and you would invest as much as $1000 maximum. It could form a problem if you can't learn well on yourself, but you can get lots of info and feedback on this forum, other forums and search for people in your area.

$4000 is crazy especially for the CCNA, this exam isnt
very tricky, theres just alot of material to learn off. There is absolutely no reason why you cant learn this yourself! Just buy afew routers on ebay, afew books and you will surprise yourself how quickly to can pick up the basics.
If your company is willing to pay this price no problem but for you ?? Nah unless your really loaded and have cash to throw away.Anyway do what you think is best but anyone with a little sense on this forum will tell you the same.

4000 is an expensive price to pay for a CCNA academy class. Its not worth it. Listen to the posts above and work on those things.
