Cert Path Selection help?

in CCNP Security
icon_redface.gif I have been thinking about taking certain certs in a row. My boss will pay for 1 course each year say
for example CCNP, or CCNP Sec, or CCNP Voice..
but this is what I want to do what you think. And because the work I need to do on our work systems, I think according to my projects I would take this: will skipping CCNP before I take CCNP Security and CCNP voice hurt me before i take CCNP?

next 5 years below ( sign a contract at work for ever big cert with boot i owe my work 1 year so total only of 5 years no big deal)
CCNP Security - I have CCNA Security current already a wast to let it go so finish CCNP Sec (prestudy + some exper + bootcmp)
CCNP Voice - prestudy and then bootcamp
CCNP - on my own
CCDP - on my own
dreaming below
CCNP SP prestudy+boot
CCNP DC prestudy + boot
CCNP Wif prestudy + boot


am i hurting myself bytaking the CCNP Sec and CCNP voice before CCNP and CCDP?icon_study.gif thanks for your help
