Server 2012 extremely slow not logging in after exchange upgrade
I just installed exchange 2012 on a fresh install of server 2012 with everything installed - after the install of exchange windows server 2012 is extremely slow

I think i found my answer
Installing Exchange 2013 in VirtualBox VM Unbearably Slow
seems that MS doesn't post hardware requirements for RAM per the post above I need at least double for memory as I only have 8gb of physical memory

So it does say that the minimum requirements is what I have but since I'm running it in vmware would that still cause it to be that slow? I turned it off and made it have the full 8gb (virtual) and it is still slow as ****
I am also running this on my secondary hard drive could this be a root issue too?
