Crash course in Cisco Phones?
Hi Everybody,
This is not cert related. I have an interview coming up for a job working with Cisco phones. I am a voip technician for other brands and technologies. Can anyone recommend some crash course material i can read up on? Please let me know any and all your thoughts.

Can you be more specific? There is not much to know working with cisco phones there dummy devices. They get all the software and configs from the pbx. -

In other words, they get their configs from Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Or as some call it from the olden days, "CallManager").
The CCNA Voice Official Cert Guide has a pretty good intro into their configuration.Currently reading: Network Warrior, Unix Network Programming by Richard Stevens
