CCA Xenapp 6.5 - Prep Questions

I have been working with Citrix for some time now and have decided to start taking some of these exams. I was looking to just start with the basic CCA for Xenapp 6.5, but I can only seem to find one book with good reviews "Getting Started with Citrix Xenapp 6.5(link below)"

Is this a good source to start reading?
Are there any other items people would recommend to help with this exam? I have CBTNuggets

I would suggest getting that book and some of the other ones for Citrix from the printers website Home | Packt Publishing. You can get them in PDF format really cheap that way. As for study material, there isn't much, as you found, this is one of very few books. The other main source would be the Citrix edocs.
