Is there a C# certification for desktop development?

I'm looking at Microsoft's website, and all I see is a "Get your MCSD: Windows Store Apps Using C#". Is there no cert for doing C# development for normal desktop users? I was looking for a cert that I could get, which would cover the essentials of building desktops apps.

I was under the impression that there was a lot of work available from companies who's internal codebases where in C#. Three IT managers I know all said it was easy to find work in C#/.Net. -
