Hey Wondering what I am worth on a hourly rate and yearly salary
2 Year - VMware Admin - Setting up VSphere Environment (project work), and also doing day to day vmware and windows admin (current)
1.5 Year - Windows/Network Admin - Cisco and Windows Admin
3 Years Desktop Support
3 Years HelpDesk

Agree. It is up to you. I am sure there are jobs which pay a wide range of salaries. You have to determine for yourself where you say no.
Bear in mind though. It is hard, if jot impossible to find jobs based purely on VMware administration.My own knowledge base made public: http://open902.com
