  • CBT Nuggets - Exam-Pack 640-816: ICND2
  • CBT Nuggets - Cisco CCNA ICND1 100-101 (Updated 2013 version)
  • CBT Nuggets - Cisco CCNA ICND2 200-101 (Updated 2013 version)

Labs: (I have Packet Tracer v.5.3.3, not sure if I should get v.6.0.1)
  • Cisco CCNA Exploration Labs
  • CBT Nuggets - Cisco for the Real World

I've started viewing a few videos from the Exam-Pack 640-822: ICND1 and reading the first chapter from Todd Lammle CCNA 640-802 (7th Edition), I feel like the book jumps around too much.

I'm looking for any suggestions/advice for which route to take and please let me know if I'm missing any materials that are a must and recommended.

Thanks! icon_study.gif

I've noticed that most people on the forums prefer the video method first and a book afterwards to fill in the loose ends. More often than not it is Lammle's book being recommended since it covers so much. Once you understand a bit from the videos then it won't matter much about the book jumping around anymore.

Since you have Todd Lammle's 7th Edition, check his thread here to get some bonus Packet Tracer labs...

I posted this question in another thread, but realized nobody has looked at that in 2 years....sorry for repost....but:

Does anyone have the PT labs from Lammle? I have the 7th edition book and I'm on chapter 8 and I would really love to have the topolgies in front of me and interactive instead of flipping back all the time. I have emailed todd & jim but have not heard back yet. I can show you my receipt if it will help
