Question about resume posting online

I am going to post my resume on monster.com and a few other places. One thing I am not sure on is the title to give my resume. I recently finished college with a BS in computer science, I have a CCNA, a Network+, and not too much work experience. I am open to a programmer position or a networking position but I am not sure how to convey this in the title. I know I need to choose a dirrection. I am very interested in networking but I don't want to shut myself out of programming which seems to pay more. I would love to do sys admin / web development but I don't have a huge amount of experience on the web development side of things. Also I am not sure how to make myself shine in the resume title. Since I dont have a lot of experience I am not sure how to make myself sound good. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thx.
