Had my 3rd interview a few days ago

and they offered me the job! I was offered a position at one of the larger community colleges in my area and accepted the offer yesterday
It will be a nice bump in pay, full benefits for the family and the opportunity to move up. There is zero upward room where I currently work, so it was time to move on.
A piece of advice when interviewing: When they ask you if you have any questions, make sure you have some. This time I really prepped and I think that was the key.
I asked questions along the lines of:
"What are the keys to success in working at abc?"
"What do you like about working here?"
"What is the biggest challenge you've encountered while working here?"
"Upcoming projects?"
