Had my 3rd interview a few days ago

and they offered me the job! I was offered a position at one of the larger community colleges in my area and accepted the offer yesterday
It will be a nice bump in pay, full benefits for the family and the opportunity to move up. There is zero upward room where I currently work, so it was time to move on.
A piece of advice when interviewing: When they ask you if you have any questions, make sure you have some. This time I really prepped and I think that was the key.
I asked questions along the lines of:
"What are the keys to success in working at abc?"
"What do you like about working here?"
"What is the biggest challenge you've encountered while working here?"
"Upcoming projects?"

Grats. I too think questions make you more memorable and seem more interested. Plus, this is an interview for both of you. You should ensure you like them as much as they ensure they like you.

Congrats! I agree, in an interview, it's not only a one way interview, you should be interviewing the company too. I can't count how many times I dodged a bullet by asking simple questions. -
