70-680 & MCITP Question

Hi,

I'll be taking the 70-680 exam on Wednesday of this week (Currently Monday) On practice tests I've been getting around 80% (From the official practice test from the training Kit and a brain ****) so I think I'll do fine.

I know the MCITP will become MCSA after January 31st 2014, I was originally thinking of getting the CCENT certification but is it worth going for the 70-685/686 as MCITP before they go MCSA or does it not really matter?
