Hi I have tried to do a few labs and the Banner MOTD bit on the assessment keeps coming up as answered incorrectly icon_confused.gif:
The instruction is this
Banner; You are at the R1 Router, Authorized access only!
(no space between the delimiting character and the banner)
I use the banner motd # command in global config mode.
Then type the above request in word for word and it still comes up with a red X in the assessment.
I have even tried copy and pasting it in and it still doesn't work.
Why isnt it working? Arrrgggh

What platform are you attempting this on? A physical router or simulation software?

I'm trying to do it in Packet tracer. The lab is a ready made Packet Tracer lab that I got from Todd Lammles email address
