sup techexamers,
im in the process of looking for a job and i got a call back from a place called stefanini techteam.
being the curious person i am, i start to look up reviews and begin seeing how terrible this job could possibly be. I know some of the reviews could be biased or from disgruntled ex employees. so im wondering if anyone here has some hands on experience working helpdesk for these guys.

Never heard of them. If the majority of info you found seems to disgruntled ex employees, that should set off a glaring red flag.
