I try scheduling the exam and I kept getting an error but when I scheduled for anything else Prometric would allow me.

Only the MCITP:SA credential is being retired for 70-646, it still gives you MCSA:2008.

Thanks guys, I've been studying for this exam for over a week so far and I was hoping this exam didn't retire lol.
