XP transfer wizard help (transfer .pst file ???)

Will the Win XP transfer wizard/file transfer my e-mail files (.pst files)?

I want to transfer my cookies, IE settings, my documents and stuff so I am going to us ethe ZP transfer utility. But, will that program transfer my .pst file.

Yes you can. I've done that before. It saves you a lot of time!!

Is there anything special that you have to do or is it a standard backup?

When I did it , it was part of the File and Setting Transfer program. It worked with out doing anything special.
