Hello you guys,
I passed the CompTIA A+ 220-801 (not JK0-801) in July. I'm going to take next the 220-802 exam in the end of this month. Have a big problem for me that I just bought a CompTIA A+ Voucher the 800 series from a seller on eBay. When I redeemed voucher at Pearson VUE didn't accept this voucher because its used for the JK0-802 only. I have some questions below.
1. I passed the 220-801
2. If I redeemed this voucher for the JK0-802 exam and pass, Can I officially the CompTIA A+ certified ? because the 220-801 and the JK0-802 are difference series, instead of I must take the 220-802 exam for same series with my last exam. Hope to receive your responds soon.
Best regards,
Davis.
P.S. I also attached my Pearson VUE account screen picture below.

The 220-801 and JK0-801 codes refer to the same exam as does the 220-802 and JK0-802 codes. The difference is that the JK0 prefixes are from vouchers used in educational institutions.
Good luck.
