The study material is quite good and covers a lot of ground. If the exam is worth $150? That depends on what you hope to get out of the certification.When you go the extra mile, there's no traffic.

I'm also thinking of taking the Databases route after my 70-646 exam and think the MTA 98-364 is a good place to start.
