in CCNA & CCENT
Can I take the old exam and after passing before Sept. 30 only have to take the new second exam for CCNA cert?

Yes you can write old ICND1 and then write the new ICND2 for your CCNA cert.
Just be careful because there could be some gaps in knowledge. Cisco added a lot to the new exams.
