In the unfortunate event that you happen to fail a test, do they let you review your test and/or wrong answers?

You will get a print out (post-exam whether pass or fail) that will list domains in which you answered a question incorrectly. You will not be able to review the actual questions that you answered incorrectly. The print out is still useful as you can focus on the domains that you struggled in.
