Hello and good day.

in CCNA & CCENT
Hi folks.
I'm an IT support specialist and have been self studying for 640-801. The last few months i've started to accelerate the learning and have decided to set an exam date for the end of next month.
I've been using the Todd Lammle's CCNA 4th edition and my oldest and wisest friend...Google.
I think i'm about 80% ready for the test. I think my weakest areas are ISDN, NAT and WAN protocols. I also get mixed up with the OSI layer functions but i'm getting there.
After i pass the CCNA i am going to study for the PIX exam 642-521, with a view to becoming a Cisco Security Professional.
Wish me luck folks.
Steve

Do you have access to 'practice' routers, i.e. a home lab, or a router sim?
Those are amongst the most important topics of the CCNA exam.
Good luck!
Yeah, i have two 2500's a 2600 a 1900 switch and all the cabling. I've already messed around and set up a rip network, static network and applied some access lists.
I've also done the tftp server and backed up IOS and configurations.
I feel pretty "at home" with the tech, it's just the theory i need to work on.
