Advice on route for Certs

So planning on get my CCNA, then ITIL v3, and green IT ( in the eco party at work)

so from there i am not sure what route to go down, my new job i start in a few weeks is going to be covering this

We are now looking to add additional Field Engineers to our dedicated team. On a day to day basis you will handle a variety of 1st to 3rd level customer/user support requests and provide assistance troubleshooting issues relating to our products including the integration thereof into a variety of complex IT networks. You will be expected to research new technologies, specify equipment for customer requirements as well as configure and install a wide variety of hardware; ranging from Layer 3 Networks, stabilised marine antennas, satellite TV equipment or complete commercial IT solutions utilising a wide variety of WAN devices on Customer sites. Our customer’s sites can range from offices, private Motor Yachts, large commercial ships. Although the position is primarily based at our offices in Surrey, you will be required to travel worldwide and occasionally to do so at short notice. The role will involve some hands on elements, such as use of hand and power tools, occasional work at heights as required during installation of antennas. Training will be provided on Satellite communication equipment, tools and company procedures. Essential Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience working within an IT role.
• Installation, Configuring and Administration of Windows Server Operating systems, including; but not limited to; RAID 0-5, Domain Control, Group Policy, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, centralised Antivirus deployment.
• Microsoft Exchange Server installation/administrations; including using third party POP connectors, integration with hosted webmail and remote use via mobile devices.
• Very strong networking skills, including; Configuring TCP/IP (IPv4) settings, IP and Subnet mask address schemes, VLANs, Routing, Firewalling and port forwarding.
• Using remote desktop software to support customers.
• Configuring Microsoft Outlook for use in corporate networks using Exchange.
• POP, IMAP and SMTP mail configuration.
• Strong knowledge of configuring, installing and supporting Microsoft Windows PC Operating systems.
• Familiarity with Server and PC internal components and hardware.
• Configuration of Various ADSL, VoIP and Wi-Fi routers.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with proactive approach to problem solving.
• Confident and clear telephone manner is essential.
• A passport, endorsed with appropriate visa(s) if necessary, which enables you to travel within the European Union Countries at very short notice.

• Microsoft SQL Server.
• VMware.
• Cisco Certification/Extensive experience.
• Programming; Java, Linux, VB.net, PHP, ASP, C#, AJAX, HTML.
• Data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with Marine/Land VSAT and TVRO systems.
• Satellite Modems/Routers.
• Level 3 Switch configuration.
• Satellites communications. (KU Band, C Band).
• CATV Distribution.
• UK Drivers Licence.
