Hi Guys,

Has anyone heard or working with a program call ZenDesk?

If so, what do you think of it and is it easy to navigate around. Reason i am asking is my Company are changing their ticketing system over to ZenDesk. As I have only been in the job for 1 month and still learning the new system that we currently have. icon_rolleyes.gif

    We use ZenDesk Plus where I am at. It was just put in place six months ago, but we are looking at getting rid of it due to cost and the fact we might go with another product that offers a helpdesk as part of their solution.

    Overall its not bad. Their support is horrible though. They were depreciating their Remote Authentication method for AD SSO and going to JWT/JSON. They provided ZERO support for this transition for free even though they were forcing it on us if you wanted AD SSO.
