Linux in the real world by cbt nuggets is a cbt series that includes that stuff.

Could try a book like Ubuntu server unleashed.

You also have google/YouTube as mentioned where there would be plenty of free guides and videos.

Looks like a good book with solid reviews ally_uk. I might check it out after I finish Linux bible by negus.
