Linux DSL Connection Issue

Friends! I have configure DSL connection via CLI with help of "pppoeconf" tool, but issue is after configured I'm unable to reconfigure it via GUI. In short its not highlighting me network logo in right hand side corner in ubuntu. I don't know how can I do this; if u know then pls rply me!!!!!!!!!!!
