Yet another resume critique.

I would love a resume critique for an entry-level networking/mid-level help desk position. I realize that my resume is not really tailored for networking, so any additions in that respect would be greatly appreciated.

I would expand a bit more on your current position to include more details, maybe even some high profile projects you participated in. By reading it right now, I just get an impression that you installed MS Office on computers at remote locations. You have listed Windows Server 2003/2008 but there is no mention what you have done with it. The same goes for the rest of your technical skills.

Will do. I'll add a few of the technical projects I've completed as well.

Add a statement of purpose align with business outcomes think from the hiring managers perspective, be different. IT resumes highlight certifications and technical skills. With just that your competing against a ton of people. Align with business needs and you stand out.

I would remove the technical skills section and work those into your job descriptions under your employment section. I would then move the employment section to the top of your resume. I have a broad idea of your roles but how did you use those technical skills at your previous jobs and at what level?

Once you have your resume ready I would post it on Dice. There are a lot of IT jobs in this area and the recruiters are hungry
