'Microsoft Certified Professional' - reissued?

Quick question, has anyone else been awarded (or in my case, re-awarded) the Microsoft Certified Professional certification after completing a new WS2012 or W8 exam? I have two listed on my transcript now - one dated when I completed my first exam back in 2007 (marked now as inactive/legacy) and the other dated to match the completion of the the 70-417 exam i took last month. Both have identical names and I see no mention of it on the MS learning site, so just wonder if it's an anomaly with my transcript or whether its been actually reintroduced.
